DCT 4.5 Water Slide Decal Transfer Paper
We are pleased to introduce new versions of the DCT water release decal transfer paper compatible with the new generation of "oil less" toner laser printers.
DCT continues to be the easiest and most effective method of decorating ceramics, candles, glass - in fact most promotional items that have a non flat surface.
The new DCT 4.5 multilayer film with improved heat resistant resins maintains good stretch properties and is available in both clear and opaque. This new product is now available in A4 and A3 and boxed in 50 sheets.
The transfers when cured at 180oC become very durable and dishwasher safe at low temperature settings. Both versions can also be cut in the plotter, ensuring consistent and accurate decal production.
Use in conjunction with Kidney Decal Applicator.

Special coated water-release slide-off decal transfer paper for non-fabric, smooth surfaces such as glass, ceramics, metals, wax candles, soap, which cannot fit into a heat transfer press or cannot withstand heat. 4.5C (Clear) has a clear background and is see-through.
DCT4.1
For non-fabric smooth surface Substrates which would not hold up to heat or odd-shaped so they would not fit into a Heat Press like Candles, Soap and Model Cars, but also Products made from Glass, Ceramic and Metal.
Compatible with all currently available Toner Systems with Fuser Oil.
DCT4.6
Same like DCT4.1 but for dark coloured Surfaces or Substrates.
DCT4.5C
Clear decal compatible with all currently available 'oil-less' Toner Systems.
Special Instrustions
- Clean surface of the product before transfer!
- Trim transfer to final shape/format.
- Place in cold water for about 30 seconds until transfer film releases from backing paper.
- Slide the image on the transfer film off the backing paper directly onto the product.
- Use Rubber Squeegee to squeeze out the water completely from underneath the transfer film by rubbing over the surface from the center to the sides.
- Let the transfer dry for at least 6 hours.
- The better you remove all excess water the better your final result.
